Vintage 1940s Silver Tone Lucite Necklace – Statement Jewelry, 24 Inch
This rare and unique vintage necklace hails from the 1940s, showcasing a captivating combination of silver-toned metal and clear lucite. The unmarked piece features a spring clasp closure and boasts an impressive length of 24 inches. Weighing approximately 56 grams, the necklace is composed of bright silver balls measuring 13.75mm in diameter, interspersed with double-molded rondells of 9.75mm each. Seven prominent beads, adorned with a silver half cap at either end and a silver band encircling a translucent lucite ball, add a striking focal point. These larger beads measure approximately 1 1/4 inches end to end and 20.5mm thick. The necklace exhibits wonderful condition with minimal wear and functions flawlessly.
