Recently acquired a collection of vintage paper ephemera from a downsizing local estate. These items belonged to a woman who traveled across the U.S. by train and collected souvenirs along the way. This listing is for a Southern Pacific Railroad linen postcard featuring a view of Donner Lake, California. The image depicts Donner Lake as seen from the window of a passenger car.
The 3 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ card is unused and features a divided back. It exhibits great color with no damage or writing, only a faint darkening on the reverse. All paper items are from a smoke-free home and have been stored in a dry environment.
