Vintage 1940s-50s Equestrian Horse Head Tie Bar – Gold Tone, Painted Under Glass
This stunning vintage tie bar dates back to the 1940s or 1950s. Crafted from unmarked gold-tone metal, it weighs approximately 6 grams and measures about 2 1/4 inches in length. The centerpiece is a raised clear glass dome measuring 3/4 inch by 1/4 inch thick. The dome features a reverse-carved equestrian horse head adorned with a bridle and reins. The back of the tie bar has clips at each end for secure attachment to a shirt collar. This piece is in excellent condition, with a clear, bright glass dome and fully functional clips.
