Vintage 1960s Hong Kong Lucite & Pearl Necklace & Earrings Set (Unworn)
This exquisite vintage jewelry set hails from the 1960s and boasts a captivating design featuring clear lucite cube beads and faux pearls. Originally found in an estate collection, this ‘new old stock’ set remains unworn and in excellent condition. The earrings are accompanied by their original heavy stock paper backing clearly marked ‘Hong Kong,’ and each clip-on setting bears the same marking. The necklace, unmarked but weighing approximately 51.8 grams, measures about 30 inches long and fastens with a gold-tone spring clasp. It features clear lucite cube beads, each measuring approximately 11.2mm square, interspersed with creamy white faux pearls. Each pearl boasts an elegant gold-tone filigree cap and an amber spacer bead. The matching earrings incorporate slightly smaller beads of the same design. While the metal displays some tarnish, which has not been cleaned or removed, the set remains in very good working order.
