Vintage 1940s Forstner Gold-Filled Snake Chain ID Bracelet – Personalized ‘Janie’
This lovely vintage Forstner gold-filled snake chain ID bracelet features a fringe detail and dates back to the 1940s. The ID plaque is marked “FORSTNER, 1/20 12K.G.F.” and measures approximately 1 1/4″ x 1/4″. It is engraved with the name “JANIE”. The bracelet weighs approximately 7.4 grams and measures about 7″ long with an adjustable slide chain that extends to approximately 8 1/4″. Each snake chain measures about 2 3/4″, and fine chains with a slide ball and two smaller ball beads with chains are attached. The bracelet is adjustable from about 6 1/2″ up to 8″. It has been used, but is in very nice condition and good working order. A unique vintage find!
