Vintage American Flyer S Gauge Freight Car Set (4-Cars) – Restoration Project
This lot features four (4) vintage American Flyer S Gauge freight cars from the 1946-1951 era. The set includes: No. 634 Chicago & North Western Floodlight Flatcar (die-cast), No. 629 M-O-P-A-C Stock Car, No. 716 American Flyer Operating Hopper Car (Outside Rail type), and No. 630 Reading Caboose. While these cars likely saw gentle play in their early years, they have shown the signs of storage over time. The caboose and floodlight car appear to be in the best condition. The stock car has a broken drag-link coupler and a small chip out of the catwalk. The hopper car exhibits rust on its body but retains a solid frame.
