Vintage 1940s Gold Tone Cameo Pendant Necklace – Art Nouveau Design
This exquisite vintage pendant necklace hails from the 1940s era and boasts an alluring Art Nouveau design. Crafted in an unmarked gold tone, it weighs approximately 9.6 grams. The chain, measuring around 16 1/2 inches long, features a delicate filigree clasp for secure wear. The pendant itself is approximately 1 3/4 inches tall from the bale to the bottom and 1 inch wide. Its bright gold tone frame is adorned with intricate floral and leaf motifs, beautifully framing a molded bezel set cameo crafted from celluloid. The cameo showcases a young lady’s profile against a captivating red/brown background. This vintage piece is in excellent condition, exhibiting minimal wear and working perfectly.
