This exquisite Antique 1930s Karess Bourjois New York-Paris Art Nouveau Silver Plated Compact is a stunning estate find. Clearly marked with the esteemed names ‘Karess’, ‘Bourjois’ and ‘New York-Paris,’ along with the patent number ‘PAT.No.1570382’ dating back to 1935, this compact exudes vintage elegance. Weighing approximately 53.1 grams and measuring roughly 2″ x 1 3/4″, it features a hinged design that opens to reveal a mirror with an engraved cover. The compact cleverly folds out to showcase the mirror and two compartments, perfectly sized for lipstick and rouge.
