Offered is a vintage folding melon tester knife manufactured by Colonial Cutlery or Providence, Rhode Island, USA. This interesting piece dates back to 1947-present and was produced by D., THEODORIS & SONS, INC., BETHLEHEM, PENNSYLVANIA (PRODUCE COMPANY). The knife boasts an overall length of 10 3/8″ with a blade length of 4 5/8″. The polished stainless steel blade displays minor marks consistent with light use from a quickie sharpener and closes crisply. Letterings on the side panel suggest mild pocket time.
