Antique Art Nouveau Initial ‘G’ Pin – Gold Washed Filigree Fleur-de-lis Design
This exquisite antique Art Nouveau gold-washed fleur-de-lis filigree initial ‘G’ pin hails from a recently acquired collection of vintage and antique jewelry spanning the mid 1800s to approximately 1950. This unmarked piece, weighing approximately 4.6 grams, measures about 1 3/8″ x 1″. Its bright gold-washed filigree design features a rose gold-filled oval plaque beautifully engraved with the initial ‘G’. The pin is in very nice condition, secured with a C clasp and bar. A broken loop on the back suggests it may have originally been designed to accommodate a watch.
