Sterling Silver Filigree Heart Charm with Garnet | Vintage Love Letter Pendant
This lovely vintage charm or pendant is crafted from sterling silver and features intricate filigree hearts. The piece is clearly marked “925” and weighs approximately 2.4 grams. Measuring about 1″ from the top of the bale x 3/8″, it features an envelope design with openwork hearts and a faceted garnet, which has been tested for authenticity.
