Vintage 1950s-60s Gold Washed Pin Holder for Pocketbook – Unique & Rare
This unique and rare vintage 1950s-60s gold-washed pocketbook shoulder strap pin holder is a wonderful estate find. It is unmarked and features a bright, rich gold wash weighing approximately 14.4 grams. Fashioned with two protruding pins, each with a screw-on cap, it measures about 2 1/4 inches long x 1/2 inch wide at the curve and may easily be pinned to your coat. The hinged design opens easily to securely place your pocketbook strap inside. The curved pin section features an embossed antique spray of flowers. While exhibiting wear consistent with use, this piece remains in good working order, opening and closing smoothly. A truly distinctive accessory!
