Antique Czechoslovakia Amber Glass & Marcasite Pendant Necklace – Estate Find
This lovely antique Czechoslovakia amber glass and marcasite pendant necklace is a wonderful estate find. Clearly marked “Czecho Slovakia” on the back of the pendant, it weighs approximately 14.2 grams. The fine silver chain measures about 24 inches long with a spring clasp and features six tiny faux pearl stations, each measuring approximately 3mm. The pendant itself is bright silver, measuring approximately 1 5/8 inches from the top of the bale x 1 inch. It features sparkling marcasite accents and an eight-sided prong set clear amber glass that is uniquely faceted. While the necklace has been worn and shows some loss of finish to the faux pearls, it is in very nice condition. Some marcasites may have been replaced at some point.
