Vintage Japanese Woodblock Print on Silk – Orange Blossom & Bird Scene, Estate Find
This exquisite vintage Japanese woodblock print on silk presents a captivating scene of orange blossoms, an orange and black bird perched on a branch, and traditional Japanese lettering. Measuring approximately 16″ x 10 1/2″, the print is in excellent condition with vibrant colors. It was discovered within an estate collection, carefully preserved in a clear plastic bag, and remains unframed and unhung. A small red stamp is subtly placed beneath the black lettering, adding to its historical charm. The corners are sharp and exhibit no signs of trimming or cutting.
